overland elementary school - lausd
At Overland Elementary, one of LAUSD’s top-performing schools, we transformed an outdated classroom into a state-of-the-art makerspace designed for hands-on, creative learning. Through strategic planning and collaboration, we provided a complete renovation, including a fresh paint job, custom furniture and storage solutions, WiFi enhancements, optimized scheduling, and a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the school’s needs.
The makerspace has become a hub of innovation, with teachers, parents, and students actively engaged in making, problem-solving, and discovery. With strong community involvement and seamless integration into the school’s learning goals, the program has been a huge success, inspiring students to think, create, and explore in new ways.

Briskin Elementary School - Independent LA
At Briskin Elementary we transformed a small breakroom into a fully equipped makerspace—proving that size doesn’t limit creativity. Outfitted with a laser cutter, 3D printers, robotics, and more, this dynamic space empowers students to explore technology as a tool for problem-solving and community impact.
With a curriculum focused on real-world applications, students engage in hands-on projects that integrate with grade-level learning and science instruction. Through collaborative efforts with teachers, we’ve designed a program that is deeply embedded into the school’s educational approach, making the makerspace a cornerstone of innovation and success.

Erwin St Elementary School - LAUSD
At Erwin Elementary, we worked closely with the principal and science teacher to transform a classroom into a fully equipped makerspace, aligning with the school’s goal of STEAM certification. Through strategic material and furniture purchases and the implementation of our hands-on curriculum, we created a space where students can tinker, create, and problem-solve in meaningful ways.
The makerspace has fostered a strong culture of innovation and hands-on learning. With enthusiastic student engagement and support from teachers and administrators, the program continues to grow as a key part of the school’s STEAM vision.
